About the Founder
After over a decade in the corporate world, Laura Jablansky launched LBJ Operations to bring big-business strategy to small and growing companies.
With a background in telecommunications manufacturing, Laura led end-to-end quote-to-cash operations and managed teams responsible for moving complex deals from quote to invoice. She’s seen firsthand how clean, consistent processes can transform a business—and how disorganized operations can stall growth.
Today, she and her team partner with business owners to remove operational stress, improve day-to-day execution, and ultimately drive healthier, more profitable businesses.
